What this Initiation Holds…
Over 5 months, you will be guided through a deep, devotional process of opening your voice, reclaiming your truth, and learning to offer your song fully and receive the acknowledgement and nourishment that flows back to you when you do.
We will work with your voice and your message as a whole body process psychological, spiritual, and somatic. We will move through your roots, your integrity, your unbreakable truth, and the sacred craft of shaping that truth into song. We will sing into fear. We will descend into the body.
We will write from our prayers, nature, our stories and our lived wisdom.
And we will learn how to record our own vocals at home.
And we will close in ceremony; a 5 day, 4 night retreat in the New Mexico where you will stand in the fullness of what you have become and offer your songs to the circle of women who witnessed you get there.
About your Guide
Sister Stone is a musician, ceremonialist, and earth‑rooted leadership guide whose work moves people into embodied expression, integrity, and creative power. She creates medicine music rooted in prayer, ritual, and reverence for life, blending soulful R&B and hip‑hop with deep spiritual and ecological insight. Her work has taken her headlining stages like Lucidity Festival and Playthink, performing across the globe from the Americas to Australia and sharing stages with artists like Londrelle, Supaman, Mose, Porangui, Murray Kyle, Hila the Earth, Lyla June, Climbing Poetree and more.
Over the past decade, Shayna has also served as a leadership facilitator, mentor, and ceremonialist, guiding individuals and groups through deep transitions, emotional integration, and the reclamation of voice and presence. Her facilitation work rooted in embodiment, council, nature connection, and authentic relating has been used to support emerging leaders in building confidence, power, and inner integrity.
She is deeply grounded in earth based spiritual traditions, learning from Indigenous elders since 2013, and her creative and leadership work reflects a devotion to sacred activism, reciprocity with the more‑than‑human world, and integrity of being.
In this offering, Shayna blends her embodied spirituality, facilitation expertise, and lyrical artistry to create a space where participants are invited to step into their voice not as performance, but as living prayer, integrity, and creative power.

Your creative practice will be a ritual, not a struggle. You will know how to return to yourself. How to open the vessel. How to let the song move through you instead of chasing it. This becomes something you live, not something you do when you find the time.
You will embody the Water you are. As a woman who was never meant to hold herself back, only to flow. Your expression will stop feeling like something you have contrive or wrestle with and start feeling like what you simply are.
You will know how to receive. How to let your song really land. How to stand in the fullness of your offering and be nourished by the impact you make without shrinking, deflecting, or disappearing after you share.
You will have been praised and recognized. Truly seen by a circle of women who walked this threshold with you. That kind of witnessing changes how you see yourself. It follows you out of the container and into every room you enter after.

New Mexico Retreat
There are places on this earth that remember what we have forgotten. New Mexico is one of them. Ancient land, vast sky, and breathtaking landscape with glorious sunrises and sunsets.
This is where we close. We will spend 4 nights, five days together in immersed in nature, in daily devotion and listening to the land and our bodies, ceremony, and song. There will be space to record and capture your voice on this land, alive and real and finally free.
We will close in a sacred showcase, your song offered as prayer to the circle of women who witnessed your entire becoming.
