A musical sanctuary to launch and
grow your mission driven music career
This is for you if:
You want your music to reach the world with impact, not just sit in demos. Not just get a few streams.
You also crave real, raw connection, honest feedback, and a soul family that supports your messy, beautiful process.
You’re ready to learn from music industry professionals, gaining insights and strategies you won’t find anywhere else from booking shows to releasing music that actually gets heard.
You want accountability, guidance, and a container that honors both your creative artistic journey and your mission.
You want your music to be amplified, with promotional support and visibility through our socials, like being signed to a label that’s rooting for you.
You need a safe, nurturing space to be held through the highs, lows, and countless decisions of your artist journey; a community that lifts you when the path feels heavy.
We're living in a threshold moment.
Maybe you feel it as grief for the world. Maybe as restlessness, or an ache you can't quite name.
Maybe it's simpler than that: you know your music is meant for more than metrics.
Wherever you're starting from, you create. To help us remember what matters. To move something real in the people who hear it.
Your music is medicine. Medicine isn't meant to sit on a shelf.
You're not meant to stay stuck, frustrated by slow growth, disconnected from the impact your work could have.
It's time for your music to become more than a release.
It's time for it to become a movement, however that looks for you.
Here in this space, creation is ceremony.
Your songs are prayers.
Consistency is care, for your craft, and for the people waiting to receive it.
This is a space of devotion and momentum.
Where discipline and healing meet.
Where you don't carry the mission, or the process, alone.
LFG!!

“EarthBeat Artist Incubator has helped breathe life into my music career in absolutely every way. Being a member in this community has so far been one of the most marvelous opportunities I’ve ever been a part of. From community building through authentic and heart-centered accountability to learning ins-and-outs of the music industry I feel that I’ve grown incredible amounts as an artist. This incubator has provided me with so much knowledge on how to build my career as an artist as well as a supportive, loving community who has had my back through tremendous healing on my inner journey. EarthBeat has maximized my potential as an independent artist and empowered me to trust in my ability to give back to our community through services ranging from music performance, music-based workshops for self-expression, and more. Thank you Shayna!”

“After a decade of flirting, I finally decided to marry my inner artist and create the positive impact with my music that I knew I was built for. Not long after, EarthBeat found me and it’s been the perfect catalyst and support system I needed to build consistent creative momentum - with new songs, shows, and opportunities starting to naturally flow in. I deeply admire the humans I’ve met in EarthBeat - so real, wise, talented, benevolent, and generous in how they show up in the world. And perhaps most of all, I love how everyone is aligned and committed to the shared vision of co-creating a healed & harmonious world our hearts know is possible and our souls know the time has come to actualize. Incredibly grateful to learn & grow with this life-changing community.”

“So grateful for the last Earthbeats ✨during the 2023 in person EarthBeat retreat in Mexico, it was my first time recording in a real vocal booth, collaborating on so many kinds of music, and learning to weave prayer and the elements into everyday life. That teaching meant the world to my dad. He lived with cancer for 15 years, and before he passed, we were able to connect with God and with each other more deeply through those practices. Truly a life-changing experience 🙏🌿🔥💧🌬️
