FAQ (for in-person intensives)
What is the arrival and departure schedule?
We will begin camp set up by 11am on Friday and depart by 6pm on Sunday. If you are needing to camp an extra night, that will be a small extra fee. Just let us know upon registration if you need this. If you are traveling in by air, it would be best to book your arrival flight for Thursday, June 24th and your departure flight on Monday, June 28th. The venue is 1 hour from Detroit Metro Airport. We will do our best to work as a community to coordinate ride-shares to help you get to and from the airport.
What are the covid considerations?
This intensive will be taking place primarily outdoors and we will be practicing social distancing. Some activities can take place indoors with masks, in a large workshop space with plenty of room to social distance. We will be taking all COVID precautions.
What do I need to bring to prepare for my stay?
All of your own camping gear: sleeping mat, sleeping bag, tent, headlamp, close toed walking/hiking shoes, note-book, water bottle, musical instruments, enough layers for cold weather and comfortable clothes for activities.
Your own cup, plates and utensils for eating.

Will I receive a certificate of completion for the training?
Yes.
What is the refund policy?
There is a strict no-refund policy unless there is an emergency. For payment plans, once you submit your first payment, you are responsible for making the the following payments on time.
