Shayna is an animist who embodies the understanding that being alive means to walk in a reciprocal relationship with the Earth. That our lives are bound to water, air, the sun, and the Earth as our source of survival. She lives a simple life of passionate service as a thank you for her short time here. 

She has an unshakable knowing that human beings have been programmed and many trapped by capitalism to betray our essential nature and vital gifts we were given at birth, and that there are many of our own shadows to face and humble ourselves to, in order to access our essence. 

She knows in her bones that saying yes to intimacy with the psycho-spiritual death  and rebirth cycles can be painful yet, these initiations make way for living the most deeply nourishing, aligned, fulfilling life.
